In a way, we are grateful to Dr. Candance Johnson since major institutions like Memorial Sloan Kettering
Cancer Center of New York and Dana Farber Cancer Institute of Boston have never responded. She herself later
became president & CEO at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, and did not respond again.
